I agree to attend/participate in the virtual sessions via zoom. Saturdays, January 17 from 9 am to 1 pm and February 28 from 9 am to 12 pm. Thursdays from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on January 22, 29, February 12, 26, March 12.

I agree to do the independent work as required.

I will participate in the evaluation process by completing the evaluation forms and giving feedback.
