Welcome to the RPHOA 2026 Community Engagement Survey!

The Rockland Park Homeowners Association (RPHOA) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating a welcoming, connected, and vibrant community. As a Rockland Park resident, you’re automatically a member and an important part of what makes our neighbourhood special. The RPHOA manages and maintains community amenities — including the Lodge & Chalet... the heart of Rockland Park where residents gather, celebrate, and build lasting connections.

A huge thank you is extended to all of our residents for making this summer at the RPHOA such an amazing one! From sunny days by the Oasis pool and plenty of poolside fun to enjoying Spectra slushies, connecting with neighbours, and soaking up the summer sunshine, it was wonderful to see our community come together and make the most of the season.

As we look ahead to another great year in Rockland Park, we want to hear from you! The RPHOA is conducting its third Community Engagement Survey as part of our commitment to understanding the needs, interests, and experiences of our community. Your input helps us recognize what’s working well, identify opportunities for improvement, and better understand what matters most to residents as Rockland Park continues to grow.

Resident feedback collected through the 2024 and 2025 surveys has helped shape the Association’s programs, events, and community offerings. Your continued input will help guide future plans and decisions, while supporting the ongoing development of our services, programs, amenities, and facilities.

The survey is anonymous, and we ask that only one submission be completed per property. It contains 18 questions and should take approximately 5–10 minutes to complete. The survey is open from September 23, 2026, through October 16, 2026 at 5PM.
