Introduction

Dear Members and Friends of Unity Church:

Welcome to our 2026 Congregational Survey.

Your opinion of how we are doing together at Unity Church is critically important! With all the fresh energy around our new Ends and all the new faces in our community this year we want to hear from everyone! You do not need to be a member to take the Survey.
The information you provide will help the Board of Trustees and Executive Team evaluate our progress on our ministry together. Your responses will also assist in identifying areas in which we need to dedicate additional time and resources.

Several of the questions will be relative to Unity's Ends statements:
"We the people of Unity Church-Unitarian, grounded in a joyous vision of beloved community within, among, and beyond ourselves,

- Understand the interconnected roots of oppression and yoke ourselves to the demands, sacrifices, and hard work of antiracism, multiculturalism, and climate and economic justice.

- Cultivate a multigenerational community of joy, care, and belonging, evangelize love to meet the deep and abiding hunger in all of us.

- Practice life-long faith formation, grounded in Unitarian Universalist theology that breaks us open, allowing ourselves to be transformed."

Each of these Ends has two components. Because it is important for monitoring and measurement purposes to evaluate these separately, we have broken each End into its two parts in the survey.
