Union Station Wayfinding & Signage Experience Survey

The Greater Hartford Transit District (GHTD) is conducting a study to improve signage and wayfinding at Hartford’s Historic Union Station. This is a vital transportation hub connecting rail, bus, taxi, and pedestrian networks across the region.

We invite you to share your experiences using the station and navigating its facilities. Your feedback will help us understand how people move through Union Station today, identify challenges, and inform the development of a comprehensive signage and wayfinding plan to enhance safety, accessibility, and the overall visitor experience.

The survey should take less than 5 minutes to complete. Thank you for helping shape the future of Union Station.
