AGC Heat Standard Economic Impact Analysis

Purpose of Survey

The Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) is collecting information from construction firms regarding current heat safety practices and the potential operational impacts associated with OSHA’s proposed Heat Injury and Illness Prevention Standard.

The purpose of this survey is to better understand:
- Existing industry heat safety practices,
- Administrative and compliance burdens,
- Operational and productivity impacts associated with the proposed rule.

Responses may be used in aggregate form to inform regulatory comments, economic analysis, and industry research. Individual company responses will not be publicly attributed without permission.
