The Portugal Cove - St. Philip's (PCSP) ECOPARK, with its picturesque landscapes and numerous natural amenities, is set to become a haven for both residents and visitors alike. A Public Planning Session held in December 2024 successfully identified the community’s top programmatic priorities—such as nature-based education, youth programming, health and wellness activities and spaces for the arts.
The park was further enhanced this winter by the addition of 21 acres of land on Neary's Pond donated by the Fry Family Foundation.
The next step is determining how and where those activities should be physically accommodated within this landscape.
