The City of Vaughan is undertaking the Block 27 Transit Hub Special Study to establish a planning framework for a new, vibrant Transit-Oriented Community (TOC) anchored by the future Kirby GO Station. This study will identify the preferred location and configuration of the transit hub and refine the surrounding land use boundaries, road alignments, and natural heritage features.
The goal is to design a compact, sustainable, and complete community that seamlessly integrates transit, housing, jobs, retail, and public spaces.

- Mobility & Connectivity: Features that will make walking, cycling, and taking transit safe and convenient.
