Governor Wolf’s 2015-2016 budget proposal has significant tax changes for businesses in Pennsylvania.

These changes include increasing the personal income tax from 3.07% to 3.70%, and increasing the base sales tax from 6.0% to 6.6%, on an expanded list of products and services. The governor also proposes to institute mandatory combined reporting – as well to reduce the corporate net income tax from 9.99% to 4.99%.

The Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce is advocating for your business’ interests in Harrisburg.  We need to hear from you on how the Governor’s plan impacts your business.
