Thank you for coming to the NABE Diversity Scholars online scholarship application page to attend the 2020 Economic Measurement Seminar. The Seminar will take place virtually, August 31 - September 2, 2020. More information can be found at www.NABE.com/EMS2020

Scholarship Criteria:
The NABE Foundation plans to award twenty (20) scholarships for the Economic Measurement Seminar to minority students desiring a career in applied economics or early-career minority economists. To be eligible for consideration as an early-career economist, one must:

* Have worked in the economics field for seven years or less 
* Currently be involved in a position that uses economic principles and theory
* Hold an undergraduate college degree or higher

NOTE: Relatives and coworkers of NABE Foundation board members are not eligible to apply.

Scholarship awardees are expected to attend and actively participate in full at the Economic Measurement Seminar and use the networking opportunities to meet other professionals in the field.

The Foundation will award full scholarships ($350 value) to attend the event. 

Please submit this application by Thursday, August 13, 2020. Awardees will be contacted the following week. NABE will honor the Early-Bird registration rate for applicants who are not awarded a scholarship and still wish to register.
