EOI Lightning Talk – HEA Health & Wellbeing Conference 2026

As part of the 2026 HEA Health and Wellbeing Conference agenda we are inviting stakeholders to submit expressions of interest to present a short engaging lightning talk.

We are looking to allocate 5/6 talks lasting between 5-7 minutes. Your talk must share concise insights on new ideas, challenges, or innovate strategies and approaches. Each talk should convey key points quickly and effectively and inspire members in their own work.

We encourage submissions from a broad range of stakeholders working to progress student and staff health and wellbeing specifically through policies including the HEA Healthy Campus Charter and Framework, the National Student Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Framework and the Limerick Framework for Action as well as national tools including the Healthy Campus Self-Evaluation Tool.

Unfortunately we do not have the capacity to allocate every submissiona time slot but those who are not invited to present will be offered the chance to facilitate a Healthy Campus Knowledge Exchange.

Closing date: Expressions of interest will close Wednesday April 1st, 2026.
