Veterinary practice working parents survey |
The New Zealand Veterinary Association (NZVA) is aware of the many challenges facing parents in clinical practice including pregnancy, returning to work after parental leave, and juggling work with young children.
We would like to see the veterinary industry providing as much support as possible to encourage parents to confidently return to practise, while feeling well supported and valued.
We have compiled this survey to gather information and a wider understanding of the challenges and topics relevant in this space. We hope to use the information provided to create helpful resources and guidance for both employees and employers.
