9.During the strategy lab, you will participate in one 75-minute Governance Design Studio—a facilitated small group working session where you will collaborate with fellow board members and leave with a practical governance tool, framework, or action plan that you can adapt for your board. CEO Evaluation: Develop an action plan and tools to strengthen your board's CEO evaluation process.

Succession Planning: Develop an emergency or succession planning tool that prepares your charter organization for continued leadership and operations during transitions.

Board Dashboards: Plan a board dashboard that supports effective oversight and strategic decision-making.
