Updated Vendor Pre-Registration Information
PLEASE NOTE:
✨ Priority consideration will be given to medical and health-focused vendors, as they are at the heart of our mission to provide essential screenings, education, and wellness resources to the community.
- Vendor Pre-Registration does not guarantee a table/space. W4W staff will confirm registration and space by April 27th, 2026.
- Vendor space has been reduced for the 2026 health fair.
- We strive to accommodate all vendor requests; however, the Center for Prevention & Wellness reserves the right to host vendor services and/or products on a first-come, first-served basis. As a result, duplicate services and/or products may not be guaranteed.
