Substance Use Disorder Community of Practice Survey

Purpose:
The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) will re-launch the Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Community of Practice (CoP) this fall with new approaches and a new facilitation partner, SDK Strategic Services. This survey is designed to get input on future meeting topics, approaches and potential opportunities for involvement in the CoP. We encourage anyone interested in the CoP to complete the survey and join this community.
