2026 NSEA Student Employee of the Year Nominations

We invite you to nominate your student employee for the 2026 NSEA Student Employee of the Year Awards!

The National Student Employment Association (NSEA) is incredibly excited to begin accepting nominations for Student Employee of the Year! Student employees make valuable contributions to the workforce. These employees often manage full-time academic schedules, extracurricular obligations, and work. The commitment these students make in balancing the responsibilities of work and school deserves special acknowledgement. These awards recognize student employees who have made outstanding contributions to their employers and in their developing careers. If you have a student employee whom you feel is worthy of special recognition, we encourage you to nominate them.

The nominee should be a full-time student that has been employed by you/the department for at least a period of six months. You can submit one nomination per category available. The deadline nomination period for the Student Employee of the Year Award will end on Friday, February 13th 2026 by 11:59 PM EST - If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to NSEA directly at nsea@nsea.info
