VHHITAL/ASHM Hepatitis B for Nurses and Midwives - Post-Course Survey 2024 |
Thank you for your recent participation in Hepatitis B for Nurses and Midwives. We have launched a survey to find out how you feel about the course. This survey will help ASHM to improve our education activities and better serve the needs of the hepatitis B workforce.
It will take approximately 10-12 minutes to complete.
Your participation is encouraged as part of the Hepatitis B for Nurses and Midwives activity.
Data handling
All information you provide will remain confidential and be managed in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Aggregate de-identified findings may be used by ASHM for project evaluation and quality improvement, or reported to project funders, in sector conferences and/or through other channels.
