Library Facility Master Plan

Middlesex County Library

Help Shape the Future of Middlesex County’s Libraries!
Middlesex County Library (MCL) is looking at how to meet the needs of residents through our branches and services through a 15-year Master Plan. Known as the Library Facility Master Plan, it will focus on how much library space is needed across the County, where libraries are required to service urban and rural populations, and the types of library services people need.

Your feedback will help shape our Master Plan and let us know how you use our library branches and what you like to see in them moving forward. The Feedback Form will be available until Sunday July 5, 2026 and should take about 5 minutes to complete. All individual responses will be kept confidential and will be reproduced in summary form only. We respectfully ask that one form per person is submitted.

As part of the Master Plan, we invite you to attend our upcoming open houses at the Komoka Library on June 15, 2026 from 10am to 12pm and the Strathroy Library on June 18, 2026 from 4pm to 6pm. This is a great opportunity to connect with our Consulting Team to learn more about the project, ask questions, and share your ideas for the future.
