Welcome to Fantasia Fair 2019

Thank you for applying for a volunteer position at Fantasia Fair! The Fair depends upon the time and effort of volunteers like you.

There are no paid positions at Fantasia Fair. Every job is done by a volunteer. Some require little time or effort; others require a great deal of both.

When a job requires a year-long commitment of your time and energy, we offer compensation in the form of reduced or waived registration fees and/or help with housing. If a position keeps you busy all year or requires a significant amount of time during the Fair, your position may include such compensation. It’s our way of acknowledging heroic levels of participation.

We have operationally defined job expectations and estimated the time required during the year and during the Fair. Please consider these when applying. Don’t overextend yourself. We want your help, but we want you to have a good time. Taking a position is a commitment. Please think carefully before applying, for your fellow Fantasia Fair attendees will be counting on you to do the job and see it through.
