Thank you for assisting in helping school canteens offer more vegetables on canteen/tuckshop menus. By continuing this survey you agree to participate in this national needs assessment for school canteens.
The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. All your answers will be kept confidential.
For this survey, canteens also mean tuckshops, vegetables include salad, cooked vegetables, and canned and frozen vegetables. This does NOT include fruit, legumes and beans (but does include green beans).
In the last section you will have the opportunity to enter your details to go in the draw to win one of our prizes.
