The Muskoka Lakes Public Library (MLPL) is undertaking a review of our services and facilities at the Norma and Miller Alloway Muskoka Lakes Library (Port Carling Branch) and the Bala Branch to help ensure we continue to meet the evolving needs of our communities.
Whether you use the library regularly, occasionally, or not at all, we want to hear from you! Your feedback will help us understand what is working well, where improvements may be needed, and what priorities should guide future investments in library services, programs, and spaces.
This confidential survey should take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete. As a thank you, participants may choose to enter a draw for an Apple iPad at the end of the survey. Contact information collected for the draw will be used only for the prize draw and will be deleted once the prize has been awarded. Complete the survey by Monday, September 7, 2026 for a chance to win. No purchase necessary. One entry per person. The draw will take place on Tuesday, September 22.
