Harvest on the Exploits 2026 Vendor Application Form |
There are 22 booths available at Harvest on the Exploits. Vendors will be selected using the following criteria:

(1) Previous involvement as a vendor. Preference will be given to vendors who attended Harvest on the Exploits for two or more years.
(2) Capacity to meet demand. Vendors must have a sufficient product supply.
(3) Product relevance and quality. Harvest on the Exploits is a fall festival; therefore, vendors must be able to offer fall-themed quality products in one or more of the following categories:
*Food
*Beverage (coffee/fall drinks)
*Farm products (vegetables, meats, preserves, etc.)
*Retail (homemade products with a fall theme).
(4) Product uniqueness and creativity. Harvest on the Exploits is not a craft or fall fair. Vendors will be selected based on their product’s uniqueness, creativity, and fall elements.
(5) Diversity. The Organizing Committee will make all reasonable efforts to prevent product duplication, given the small number of vendors. Where more than one vendor proposes the same product, the Organizing Committee will select the vendor that best meets the above criteria.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to target vendors where there are insufficient applications or the applications received do not meet the established criteria.
