PC Ice Arena Feasibility Study 2026 Survey

The Park City Ice Arena (600 South Gillmor Way) is located near popular outdoor recreation amenities and trail connections within Quinn's Junction. The Ice Arena is a well-utilized community space that supports a growing number of users, programs, and activities. However, the facility is experiencing space limitations and water intrusion issues along the east side of the building that impacts its long-term functionality.

Building on a series of prior feasibility and facility assessment studies, this feasibility study will explore long-term solutions for water-proofing and potential space improvements to address growing program demands. Your feedback is an important part of this process, and we invite you to share your thoughts to help shape the future of the ice arena.
1.What is your 5-digit zipcode?

Since opening in 2006, the Ice Arena has experienced ongoing water intrusion issues along the east side of the building, particularly in the locker rooms due to the partially buried structure. Previous repairs, including concrete slab replacements in 2006 and 2018, have not resolved the underlying issues, and cracking continues to worsen. Existing building water-proofing along the east side are likely insufficient or failing, allowing water to enter the locker rooms during rain and snow events. Addressing these issues will require demolition and excavation along the east side of the building to install improved waterproofing and drainage systems.
