We aim to increase the reach and impact of Queensland Mental Health Week (QMHW) each year. Your feedback will help inform our efforts for 2026.

This survey has 21 questions and is estimated to take 10 minutes to complete. There may be some questions that are not relevant to you, so please note that those that are compulsory are marked with an asterisk.
