Introduction

Calling all Victorian artisan and premium food producers, processors and business operators – we need your views and experience to help strengthen and grow this sector!

This survey is aimed at enabling all Victorian artisan agriculture and premium food producers to provide input to the Victorian Government’s $2 million Artisanal Agriculture and Premium Food program. The survey forms part of a wider stakeholder engagement process undertaken by Agriculture Victoria. Your participation in this survey will help shape how the program will be implemented.

Your participation in the survey is voluntary. The survey is anonymous and your information will not be identifiable.

Who should complete the survey? See the definition of artisanal agriculture and premium food businesses on the next page.

The survey asks about your needs, challenges, opportunities and aspirations and will help the Victorian Government to better understand where support is most needed. The survey will take approximately twenty [20] minutes to complete.

The survey has been designed by Sustain: The Australian Food Network, who are collecting survey responses (the data) on behalf of Agriculture Victoria. The data will be held by Sustain in the first instance as the survey and analysis of data are completed. Ownership of the data will then be transferred in full to Agriculture Victoria. Agriculture Victoria will store this information in accordance with the requirements of the relevant legislation.

Once complete, survey findings will be shared on the Agriculture Victoria website.

We are hoping to hear from as many Victoria artisan food and agriculture producers so please feel free to forward this link (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/FMYKJT3) onto your industry contacts.
