Family Medicine Interest Group Funding Initiative Final Report

Family Medicine Foundation of Michigan is pleased to have been able to provide your Family Medicine Interest Group (FMIG) with funding to support its activities and efforts to increase student interest in Family Medicine in Michigan over the past academic year. Please complete this final report no later than April 12, and email photos, promotional materials, news releases, an itemized list of expenditures, and other materials that showcase the activity of your FMIG over the past academic year, for which Foundation funding was utilized, to Dana Lawrence, MAFP Director of Communications, at dlawrence@mafp.com.
 
If the Foundation does not receive your FMIG's final report by April 12, future funding will be suspended.
