You are being invited to participate in a survey as part of research to learn more about perimenopause. Your participation is voluntary.
SPACE
In this survey, we aim to learn about mood-related experiences that can arise in the years preceding menopause from age 35 to 55.
SPACE
In the survey you will be asked about your current menstrual status, your experiences with mood changes and other symptoms that sometimes occur as we approach our final period. The survey also asks about ways that you might have tried to manage any symptoms you’ve experienced.
SPACE
Your responses are anonymous.
SPACE
Please do not share identifying information anywhere on the survey.
SPACE
It's important to us that you know the ways the information you share may be used.
SPACE
We plan to share our findings with:
  • Women Living Better (womenlivingbetter.org) community members to help them better navigate perimenopause
  • Other health researchers to spur new research
  • Healthcare providers to enhance their understanding of how perimenopause affects their patients
SPACE
If you continue with the survey, we will assume you are comfortable with these potential uses of your anonymous data.

The survey will take 10-20 minutes depending on your unique experiences.
If you have any questions, please reach out to Nina Coslov at nina@womenlivingbetter.org.

Thank you for participating!
