We’d appreciate your input in our 10-minute survey. Denver’s Community Planning and Development Department (CPD) and consultant team are evaluating development regulations to improve efficiency, ease of use, and to streamline development permits and approvals. This review focuses on the Denver Zoning Code, Urban Design Standards and Guidelines, while also considering these rules’ interactions with the Building and Fire Code and Green Buildings Ordinance.
