Background
The HR & Well-Being Group of PMC, FICPI’s Practice Management Committee, is part
of the broader PMC working group on the Office of the Future. As a starting point for
this initiative, the Group has decided to focus first on remote working practices across
our profession.
Since the Covid-19 pandemic, many firms adopted remote or hybrid work as their
standard working regimen. A few years on, with both positive and negative experiences
behind us, many firms are now reviewing their policies deciding whether to maintain
or discontinue remote work and establishing specific conditions for working from home.
The group needs feedback from FICPI members worldwide on their firms' current
remote work policies, advantages, and challenges.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and consists of straightforward, easy-to-answer questions.
