Please share your observations about Kea in production.

We are planning to focus our Kea 1.7 release on performance improvements. We need data points from our users about what sort of performance they observe ‘in real life’ usage and which of the many deployment options they are using. This data will help us figure out what scenarios to focus on for performance improvement.

A lot of new Kea users ask what hardware they should provision for Kea. We are asking what hardware platform you are using in order to have some data points to share that may help other users.

All of the questions below are for a single Kea server, or a pair of Kea servers if they are running as load-balancing or active/passive failover.
