Arterial BRT Plan Update- Phase 3 (Evaluation) Feedback

Metro Transit has completed detailed technical evaluation of the arterial BRT corridors under consideration, the third of the four steps in the planning process. Learn more about the arterial BRT plan update.

These corridors were evaluated and ranked based on how well they support project goals: ridership, equity, costs, and land use. The technical evaluation results for each corridor (out of 100) are shown below.

2.After reviewing the technical evaluation results, what are your overall reactions to the results?(Required.)
3.To select the next arterial BRT lines, Metro Transit will use these technical evaluation results and review each corridor for readiness considerations, including:

  • Whether there are questions about the specific route or alignment (roads the bus uses) the corridor would take
  • How well each corridor fits within the existing and planned transit network
