NSU Workday Readiness Assessment Survey #1

The purpose of a change readiness assessment is to analyze the level of preparedness of the conditions, attitudes, and resources at various checkpoints as Norfolk State University prepares to launch Workday HCM. Due to the complexity of the proposed changes and the magnitude of change, the importance of understanding whether and where Norfolk State University is ready for change is critical. Using a series of readiness assessments will provide validation that the Norfolk State University community is moving forward with adoption or identifying whether it is appropriate to intervene and, if it is appropriate, about both the entry points and the types of intervention.
