Instructions
These nominations are to fill open positions on the FCAAP Board of Directors for the 2026-2028 term. Please confirm with the person you wish to nominate that s/he is willing to serve in the position for which s/he is nominated if elected. A description of the duties and responsibilities of each position as set forth in the current Bylaws is provided. The qualifications of each nominee will be confirmed prior to the election.
All members running for a position on the Board of Directors shall have been a voting member of, and in good standing with, this organization for at least a two-year period, with one year of active committee service within one year of the election. All members running for the position of President shall have served at least one term on the Board of Directors in the term cycle immediately preceding the election
Persons serving in an elected position on the Board of Directors may be nominated for and elected to serve a second, consecutive two-year term in the same position except for the positions of President and Immediate Past President which may only serve one two-year term.
Regional and at large representatives shall serve a two-year term from the time of their induction. Regions identified by even numbers shall have elections for regional representatives in even-numbered years. The general pediatrician at large representative and the medical school pediatric department chair delegate shall be elected in even-numbered years.

Region II: Alachua, Baker, Bay, Bradford, Calhoun, Clay, Columbia, Dixie, Duval, Escambia, Flagler, Franklin, Gadsden, Gilchrist, Gulf, Hamilton, Holmes, Jackson, Jefferson, Lafayette, Leon, Levy, Liberty, Madison, Nassau, Okaloosa, Putnam, Saint Johns, Santa Rosa, Suwanee, Taylor, Union, Wakulla, Walton, Washington
Region IV: Broward, Charlotte, Collier, Glades, Hendry, Lee, Martin, Palm Beach

All nominations must be submitted through this form. The call for nominations will close at 11:45pm ET (10:45pm CT) on May 11, 2026.
