Criteria 

Active and currently registered adult volunteer whose club and/or region efforts have produced specific, positive results in his/her/their section 
An individual whose contributions reflect passion for the sport and its participants 
An individual who is an exemplary role model for other volunteers, skaters and/or coaches 
Has a minimum of five years of volunteer work in the sport of skating 
Shows an awareness and interest in the future direction of the sport
