Bucklin Park Vero Fiber Lease Proposal Community Survey


The City of El Centro is seeking community input regarding a proposed lease agreement with Vero Fiber at Bucklin Park. Vero Fiber is proposing to lease a small area within the Parks Yard located inside Bucklin Park for telecommunications/broadband equipment. The proposed lease would generate monthly rent for the City and provide internet service that could be used to support free WiFi access within the park. Your feedback will help the City Council understand whether nearby residents and park visitors are receptive to the proposal.
