TPCSA 2026 Educator Awards Nomination Form

Use this form to nominate yourself or someone else for an award that will be presented at the 2026 Texas Public Charter Schools Conference. All information submitted in this nomination form will be kept confidential. The information will only be shared with the TPCSA Award Committee for scoring.
