In honour of Small Business Week, we ask that you, small business owners and managers, consider nominating one of your outstanding employees for the annual Employee of the Year award!

Nomination Guidelines and Eligibility
  • The nominated employee is employed by a business located in the County of Northern Lights or the Town of Manning.
  • Nominations must be completed by the business owner, manager, or supervisor.
  • Businesses may only nominate 1 (one) employee per department.
  • The nominee consistently performs beyond the call of duty, demonstrates enthusiasm and a strong commitment to the business, and positively represents and contributes to the morale and teamwork of the organization.
  • Nominations close at 11 pm on October 17.
  • Winners will be announced at the Small Business Awards dinner on October 24.
