Introduction - Edmonds' Urban Forest

The City of Edmonds has contracted with Davey Resource Group (DRG) to develop an Urban Forest Management Plan (UFMP).

These survey questions provide a public feedback opportunity during the early stages of plan development.  They are designed to solicit input from residents and businesses in the City of Edmonds and help guide the plan development by understanding about how you and your community values trees.

The questions that follow are arranged into 4 groups:

  1. How do you value trees?
  2. Your opinion about public trees. (City managed trees on streets and in parks)
  3. Your opinion about private trees. (privately managed trees)
  4. Who are you?  (Simple Demographics)

The survey should take about 10 minutes or less.  The success of this UFMP is dependent upon public responses from individuals like you.  Thank you for your participation!

* 1. Trees are important to the quality of life in Edmonds.
