The Town of Qualicum Beach has a conditional agreement to purchase the Eaglecrest Golf Course lands for $8.5 million. This acquisition would bring approximately 42 hectares (105 acres) of land into public ownership, offering a once-in-a-generation opportunity to shape the future of the neighbourhood. The Town is committed to creating a plan that meets community needs, environmental sustainability, and housing goals.
