Section 6: Risk Management
Westgarth Primary School seeks to ensure that the facility and all users of it are kept safe (to the extent reasonably practical), and that our neighbours and surroundings are not unreasonably impacted by use of the facility. In that context, how will your operations consider and/or manage the following risks (please confirm you meet the minimum expectations and detail any additional measures):

Section 7: Facility Care
Westgarth Primary School seeks to ensure that the facility and its equipment is maintained so that ordinary use by the School and any other users is not impacted. We also seek to minimise damage and wear and tear that would lead to more frequent floor renewal. In that context, how will your operations consider and/or manage:

N.B. The school's preference is for the hirers to use the cleaning company who already clean other school-owned facilities, however we will consider other proposals

Section 9: Fees

Westgarth Primary School has an obligation to ensure the physical and financial sustainability of the facility so that it can be used over the long term by its students and community members. Accordingly, hire fees are required to be charged that consider the value of facility use today, a contribution to maintenance and renewal costs over the medium to long term, and the additional administrative and operational costs incurred by the School in managing the facility.
Over the last few years, the School has received lots of interest from potential hirers and many have presented a discrete perspective on this issue. In addition, different uses will produce different levels of wear and tear on the facility. Given that, the School has decided not to dictate a particular hire fee today, instead it welcomes a proposal and/or discussion regarding the fees you propose to pay for hiring the facility.
