Your input will help shape the East Kootenay Zonal Immigration Partnership (EKZIP) Community Plan by providing a clearer understanding of employers’ experiences, challenges, and support needs related to attracting, hiring, onboarding, and retaining immigrant talent, as well as supporting their long-term success across the region.
This survey focuses on gathering practical, employer-driven insights. The information you share will help EKZIP, CBAL, municipalities, and community partners identify concrete actions that can strengthen workforce inclusion, improve retention of immigrant talent, and support local businesses in meeting their labour needs.
The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. All responses are confidential, and results will be reported only in aggregate form.
