2026 EEC Grantees Conference Session Proposal Form

Thank you for your interest in leading a concurrent session at the 2026 NSF EEC Grantees Conference. Sessions are one hour in length. They should be creative and interactive and seek to foster knowledge-sharing and ideation among participants. Sessions may be related to current EEC projects, but this is not a requirement. All sessions should relate to the overall conference theme.

Session proposals are due by May 22, 2026 at 5:00 PM, ET.

All session rooms will include the following equipment and materials: a) LCD monitor; b) one podium with a laptop computer; and c) one flipchart (with markers and Post-it notes). Larger rooms will also be equipped with one wireless handheld microphone.
