This survey is intended to provide a convenient way to respond to BCLI's Consultation Paper on the Escheat Act Modernization Project. The Consultation Paper is available at a link appearing on the project webpage at: https://www.bcli.org/escheat-act-modernization/

We recommend that you read the Consultation Paper before responding to the survey. It would be helpful if your responses address the draft recommendations for reform set out in the consultation paper, but it is not necessary. General comments on the issues explored in the consultation paper are also welcome.

Comments longer than 10 lines of text should be sent to BCLI by email at: consultations@bcli.org

If you want your response to be considered by us as we prepare our final report on the Escheat Act Modernization Project, then we must receive it by 18 September 2026.
