What is a Master Plan?
A Master Plan is a long-range strategic roadmap that outlines the town's vision and values and provides a framework for making future decisions regarding land-use, transportation, housing, economic development, natural resources, and community facilities. It reflects a shared vision of where the community intends to be in the coming decades, helping to shape local policies, and guiding public and private investments.
Community Input
Community input is essential for the Master Plan. In addition to community surveys, the Master Plan Steering Committee will host a variety of public meetings and workshops to engage stakeholders and community members and ensure the plan reflects the needs and a community vision for the Town of Dudley.
About the 2026 Community Survey
The results of this survey will highlight what respondents value most, identifying priorities for master planning strategies. The entire survey should take about 20-25 minutes to complete. All responses to this survey will be completely anonymous and responses cannot be traced back to the respondent.
Paper copies of the survey may also be picked up and dropped off at Pearle L. Crawford Library, Town Hall, and the Senior Center.
Thank you for your participation and commitment to the future of Dudley!
