One of the key findings from the Foxes Trust End of Season Survey was the disconnect they were feeling with our Football Club.
When asked whether they felt a strong connection with the Football Club, 77% disagreed or strongly disagreed. Only 8% of Leicester City Supporters felt that the club’s Fan Engagement was good.
The club have had a Fan Engagement Framework in place since July 2024 (18 months ago). Its structure and the way engagement with supporters flows up to the Leicester City Board is demonstrated by this graphic shown on the Club’s website:

The Fans Advisory Board (FAB), comprising six supporter representatives and five Club representatives, discuss the key strategic issues affecting supporters. Supporter views are meant to flow up to the FAB from direct contact with the fans through the Your 90 Minutes sessions, Fans Consultative Committee meetings, Supporter Surveys and LCFC Help.
We want to know what you feel about the Club’s engagement with its supporters.
Firstly, let us know whether you are a Trust member or general supporter. Then consider questions 2-11 (if applicable) regarding the Fan Engagement Framework (FEF) and questions 12-17 on fan engagement more generally and your own feelings about whether you are engaged as a supporter of your Football Club.
