“Disciples aren’t counted, they’re weighed.” Beginning in 2026, we passed out a Measures document on January 4th. This tool is designed to help bring clarity to our ongoing spiritual transformation (OST) by naming four key realities we long to see growing among us: biblically saturated first-handers, joy in Jesus in the midst of suffering in our lives, generous disciple-makers, and everyday missionary living.
Each measure includes a picture and two diagnostic questions to help us as individuals and groups quickly “flash assess” where we are right now and identify next steps in our journey of faith. This is not a scorecard, but a tool for reflection and alignment as we head into 2026, helping us see more clearly how God is forming us, both personally and collectively as a church family.
