The Diamond City Partnership (DCP) is Wilkes-Barre' s non-profit downtown management organization. DCP is conducting this survey to gauge the public's experience and perceptions of Downtown Wilkes-Barre. We appreciate you taking the time to respond.

Survey responses will remain anonymous; however, respondents will also have the opportunity to register separately for a prize drawing ($100 in Downtown restaurant gift certificates) at the survey's conclusion.

For the purposes of this survey, "Downtown Wilkes-Barre" is defined as the area generally bounded by North Street, Ross Street, Wilkes-Barre Boulevard, and the Susquehanna River - most of the area shown in color on the map below. The boundary of the Downtown Wilkes-Barre Business Improvement District, which includes Downtown's commercial core and the King's College and Wilkes University campuses, is outlined in orange on the map.
