2026 Celebrate Outstanding Leadership Awards

Celebrate Outstanding Leadership Awards recognize alumni and community leaders who have distinguished themselves in leadership and service to Sarasota through philanthropy, civic and business leadership. We are seeking nominations for the following categories:


Leadership Alumni Awards:
Lifetime of Leadership Award - Recognizing body of work in career, community and beyond
Impact in Action Award – Recognizing a current community leadership endeavor. Someone who is actively building our community and pushing us to the future
Leadership Sarasota Dedication Award – Recognizing commitment to the Leadership Sarasota program
*NEW THIS YEAR*
Community Leadership Awards:
Civic Champion Award - Recognizing an individual dedicated to serving the community through careers in education, government and public sector roles
Community Catalyst Award - Recognizing an individual who has made a meaningful impact through philanthropy, volunteerism, and giving back to the Sarasota community
The nomination process:
1. Please complete the nomination form below by June 22nd.
2. The selection committee will review nominees.
3. Nominees for the Lifetime of Leadership Award, Impact in Action Award, and Leadership Sarasota Dedication Award must be Leadership Sarasota alumni and may not be prior recipients. Nominees for the Civic Champion Award and Community Catalyst Award do not need to be Leadership Sarasota alumni.
4. Award recipients will be recognized at the Celebrate Outstanding Leadership Luncheon on August 5th.
