Thank you for your interest in attending the summer edition of our biannual Destination Showcase, a MICE event for business event professionals. The event offers you control over a day of 1-2-1 pre selected meetings with quiet areas available for checking emails and taking calls, plus complimentary refreshments and lunch.

The Leonardo Royal London Hotel St Paul's is located beside St Paul’s Cathedral and just minutes from key transport links.

All day refreshments will be available plus a complimentary lunch will be served between 1 pm and 2 pm for all attendees.

(Please note, we do our utmost to ensure you meet all your preferred suppliers. To help maximise appointment availability, buyers attending from the start of the morning session will have first access to meeting schedules and the widest choice of participating destinations and venues. As appointments are allocated on a first-available basis, early attendance offers the greatest opportunity to secure meetings with the organisations most relevant to your business.

11 am - 3 pm is the most popular time, therefore some suppliers may be totally booked out. However, you can catch up over the networking lunch. If you have greater flexibility, please extend your time with us.)(Required.)
5.GDPR

All attendees to this event will have their name, email address and company profile included in the e-booklets given to all suppliers. By attending this event you agree that your name and contact details will be shared with the suppliers (should you wish to withhold your personal details please write to us at least a week before the event). It is a condition of acceptance of your attendance that a minimum of your company details and company profile will be published on the day. Photos will be taken at the event and will be used for news and promotional purposes by the hosts.(Required.)
