Thank you for your interest in attending the summer edition of our biannual Destination Showcase, a MICE event for business event and travel professionals.

Final qualification to attend will be at the discretion of Moulden Marketing.

Please note as a minimum qualification for this event, it is imperative that you supply us with your professional work email, work website, and work telephone number.

This is the second of our Destination Showcases for 2026, in our 30th anniversary year.

The Leonardo Royal London Hotel St Paul's is located beside St Paul’s Cathedral and just minutes from key transport links.
The venue’s single-room layout for the meetings will enable attendees to move seamlessly between scheduled meetings while also creating valuable opportunities for additional networking throughout the day.
There will also be quiet areas available for checking emails and taking calls, alongside complimentary refreshments and lunch.

4.Preferred attendance time for the event. Choose from the timings below or let us know what suits you best. Please aim to arrive 15 mins before your first appointment.

All day refreshments will be available with a complimentary lunch will be served between 1pm and 2pm for all attendees.

(Please note, we do our utmost to ensure you meet all your preferred suppliers, but 11 am - 3 pm is the most popular time, therefore some suppliers may be totally booked out. However, you can catch up over the networking lunch. If you have greater flexibility, please extend your time with us.)(Required.)
5.All attendees to this event will have their name, email address and company profile included in the e-booklets given to all suppliers. By attending this event you agree that your name and contact details will be shared with the suppliers (should you wish to withhold your personal details please write to us at least a week before the event). It is a condition of acceptance of your attendance that a minimum of your company details and company profile will be published for the delegates on the day. Photos will be taken at the event and will be used for news and promotional purposes by the hosts.(Required.)
