Yes
No
Please explain:

9.
Systems Change: DRM advocates for individuals and for changes to systems that serve people with disabilities. Currently, DRM spends half of its staff time on individual cases and the other half on systems change work.
Systems change work focuses on policies and broad issues that create barriers for all people with disabilities. This can work can include monitoring facilities, investigating abuse and neglect, and working to make better policies. Systems change work is about helping many people with disabilities, not just one person.
Focusing more on systems change work would mean that we would be taking less individual cases for individual clients.
Do you think DRM should continue prioritizing individual work or should we spend more time on "systems" issues?
(Required.)
DRM should continue to focus on individual case work for at least half of its workload.
DRM should do more systems change work (which will mean taking less individual cases).
