Feedback on the Commission's self-serve portal

Please note: This survey is for members of the Commission’s regulated sectors who use our self-serve portal to apply for licensing or registration or to make filings for various sectors.

The survey will take approximately 2 minutes to complete. You will be asked questions relating to your use of the self-serve portal. Feedback collected will help us make improvements to the portal’s functionality and the overall user experience. All responses will remain anonymous.
