Feedback on the Commission's self-serve portal

Please note: This survey is for members of the Commission’s regulated sectors who use our self-serve portal to apply for licensing or registration or to make filings for various sectors.

The survey will take approximately 2 minutes to complete. You will be asked questions relating to your use of the self-serve portal. Feedback collected will help us make improvements to the portal’s functionality and the overall user experience. All responses will remain anonymous.

Responses will be shared with Perry Group Consulting, a third-party organization engaged by the Commission. The survey will close on Friday, November 28. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact support@fcnb.ca.
